How does BakeryBox.com work?

It’s easy! Simply sign up for an account, fill your customized BakeryBox, and pay for your order. Then we’ll ship it to you fresh. To get started, click here!

Is there a membership fee or other added costs?

Nope! What you see is what you get.

Can I return or exchange products ordered through BakeryBox.com?

We pride ourselves on quality and consistency.  Please Contact Us if you encounter any concerns with your delivery. BakeryBox.com is unable to process returns, exchanges or refunds for any goods unless there was an error in manufacturing, packaging or if the product is damaged beyond use.

How much does a BakeryBox cost?

The cost of your custom BakeryBox depends on the products you select for each order. The pricing is displayed clearly on the Build-Your-Box page.

Are the breads pre-priced/how much should I retail the products for?

We provide retail recommendations for our full assortment, but products do not come pre-priced. You have the freedom to set retail prices as you see fit, within the bounds of our Terms & Conditions.

What products are available through BakeryBox.com?

We proudly offer a diverse selection of fresh baked sliced breads, rolls, snack cakes, and more. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack, we have what you need!

How long will my product last when I get it?

Our products are delivered fresh and labeled with expiration dates for quality assurance.  The amount of shelf life does vary by product type however you can see our minimum guaranteed shelf life for each product on our Build-Your-Box page.

Ordering

Is there a minimum quantity for orders?

Orders can be as small as 1 BakeryBox!

How do I order different items for my BakeryBox?

You can choose any combination of products from our selection to build each full BakeryBox. Depending on your selection, you can fit 3-6 product cases in each BakeryBox. When building your order, you'll see how each item fits, ensuring your box is full! Once you’ve filled the box you can proceed to checkout, or fill up another!

How do I change or cancel my order?

Due to rapid processing we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you made an error or provided incorrect information when ordering, please inform us, and we'll do our best to assist!

Why can’t I proceed to checkout with a partially filled BakeryBox?

All orders must be submitted with complete boxes, to support our low costs and free shipping. When building your BakeryBox you’ll can see how each item fits so you know when it’s full.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Orders can ship to any business or residential address within the contiguous 48 US states.

How do you deliver?

We ship via FedEx for direct delivery to the address on the order.

When will I receive my delivery?

Delivery is typically 3-5 business days from the date of ordering, depending on the destination.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases?

FedEx deliveries are not permitted to these types of addresses.

How much is shipping?

FREE.

Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are shipped fresh from our bakery in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Can I track my order once it's been placed?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you can't find the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. For any issues, feel free to email us at support@bakerybox.com.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We stand by our products and service no matter what. Let us know any concerns and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Issues are handled on a case by case basis to ensure satisfaction. Please reach out to us at support@bakerybox.com.
